Sad news...Maddie passed away 6/27/06, even with the best medical care she could get. The abuse from her previous home was just too much for her. She has now crossed rainbow bridge and can see clearly and has no heart or kidney problems...Poor Maddie at least she has known extreme love and kindness these last few months of her life. People discarding animals like yesterdays trash...Please remember sweet Maddie and pray you can know the love this little dog shared even after being dumped blind and sick on the side of the road. With your help even more dogs can be helped and spared a life of terror and abuse. Maddie is NOT up for adoption. This is a plea for help. This poor girl was found wandering the streets with a severe yeast infection and cataracts in both eyes. Can you imagine this 6 pound dog dumped after being a loyal companion. Thrown out like yesterdays newspaper. Well she is in a foster home and adjusting well, however her eyesight is very bad. We have a vet who is an eye specialist who offered to do the first eye at half price...$1,000. The second eye surgery will be $1,500. Well this sweet dog is in desperate need of an ARMY OF ANGELS for her to get the money she needs to have the surgery. Please considering donating to the Maddie's Eye Fund.
