Toby is a hurricane survivor that loves life and is happy to be alive! He was a small puppy when he was rescued by a local vet and has been with us since the storms. His people have not claimed him; they probably have too much work to get back on their feet. Help ease his sorry and give him a new forever home. He loves to get hugs and would LOVE to be a lap dog if he wasn't quite so big. He weighs about 40 pounds and loves to run and play.
