Belle was owner surrendered at a high kill shelter; the reason stated that as a construction worker, there was no time any longer for Belle. She was rescued with only a couple of hours left on death row. What a waste that would have been, as we have discovered that Belle is a truly wonderful dog with lots of love to give her natural loving and loyal and affectionate nature to her new owner! She is a slender, smaller in stature beautiful, rare tri-colored English setter mix. Typical setter, she is intelligent and playful outdoors, loves to play chase and catch a ball and play with her "Peebo" stuffed toy; walks well on leash. She is appropriately inactive indoors and is housetrained. Sleeps throughout the night on her doggie bed near foster mom's bed. Gentle, affectionate, intelligent, loyal.
