~~My name is Billy. I was named after the Pastor who asked a blessing on me the very day that ARF took me in. My people didn't want me anymore so they sent me to a safe place. ARF-LA is my safe place until I get adopted.
I was born July 24, 2014. I am a Terrier mix, an all American pup. I will not be big when I'm grown. Maybe about 15 pounds. I am neutered, vaccinated and have a microchip too. I don't have heart worms. I don't have any bad habits.
My foster family says I am very smart. I don't potty in my crate or inside the house. I stand by the door to go out or use the doggie door.
I love to play and I really would like a home that has children or a small dog who likes to play too. I do need a home with a fenced yard. I am a "House Dog" so I need to live inside except to go out to potty and to play. I like adults and children and other dogs. I have never met a cat but I hear they are nice.
I'm very young so I need some chew toys so I won't chew the wrong things. I sleep in my crate at night and never cry unless I need to go potty. I'm ready to learn all kinds of tricks and my new family can teach me all I need to know. Ready for adoption 11/18/14.
